According to the U.S. Department of Agriculture’s (USDA) weekly Export Sales Report, total known outstanding sales and accumulated exports of all classes of wheat for the 2024/25 marketing year totaled 18.1 MMT, 8% ahead of last year’s pace.
Net sales of 456,100 MT for 2024/2025 were primarily for the Philippines (10,000 HRW, 32,405 HRS, 43,719 white), Unknown Destinations (47,000 HRW, 20,204 SRW, 15,000 HRS), South Korea (330 HRW, 70,859 white), Mexico (23,717 HRW, 13,64 SRW, 15,453 HRS), Vietnam (995 HRW, 50,000 white).
USDA forecasts 2024/25 U.S. wheat exports (including donations) to total 23.1 MMT. Commitments to date (of wheat and wheat products) are 78% of total projected exports.
